The apartment is centrally located in the glass city and climatic health resort Zwiesel, in the middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Unser charmantes Tiny House steht auf einer kleinen Anhöhe etwas abseits von unserem kleinen Bauernhof im Vorderen Bayerischen Wald. Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, eingebettet von Wiesen und einem Bachlauf sind wir dennoch nur 4 km vom Markt Scharzach mit den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.

The Apartmenthaus Rottalblick is located directly next to the Bad Griesbach wellness spa. This can be easily reached from the apartment via a bathrobe access. There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The property is idyllically located in a valley with a lot of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a bedroom with 3 beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, 2 balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
