The Iris des Marais is a cottage of art and nature. Set in a fully renovated 1960s house, behind which the park opens out onto the landscape. Original artwork is hung in each room. Our cottage has been designed for those who will want to discover and maybe exchange about the inspirations of our region, it is located very close to the Revermont and the wines of the Jura, very close to the Burgundian climates, in Bresse in the secret of ponds and rivers.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

"L'étable Bressane" Gîte

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.
