I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Nestling on the slopes of Lions's Head is Monte Leone, our gracious Victorian home and apartment next to the main house. It is within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, Doctors and pharmacies. 8 minute drive to the renowned V & A Waterfront and Table Mountain and in the opposite direction , Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches. There is free parking in the street outside our front gate. The apartment is serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays if vacated by 12 noon.

Please note you have a choice of a king size bed or two single beds. Kitchenette is fully equipped minus a stove.

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).

The cottage is at the back of the main house. It has it's own tranquil courtyard, table, chairs and loungers. Solar and Grid electricity. Walking distance to the promenade, beach, shops, variety of restaurants (including vegan) , petrol station, public transport, hop on and go tour bus, chemist, doctor, dentist, gym, boxing studio. Good for couples, solo and business travelers. Beach accessories available. I am always available to help with anything 🙂
