The Old Stables is a fab place to stay, tucked away in the grounds of the beautiful, peaceful Farringford estate. The cottage itself is spacious for two people (a shower room each!) lovely King size bed, which is a must for us tall people. The kitchen had all the things we needed and a bottle of fresh milk and some delicious biscuits for our arrival were a nice touch. Phil and dog Winnie were friendly and approachable. Lovely walks from the cottage across Tennyson down to Freshwater Bay, lots of info in the pack provided by hosts. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks for having us.

Such a gorgeous hideaway on the IOW, couldn’t believe our luck when Simon’s cabin was available for our dates! Location is everything; 2 mins to the beach, cliff walks, the Albion hotel for dinner (the rock), and Piano Cafe. It was the perfect set up for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Couldn’t fault anything! We’ll be back/sharing with our friends!

It is one of the best airbnb I have been stayed. Sea view, peaceful, very quiet, house was very neat and clean, spacious and all the amenities as required. Sarah is very lovely, friendly and replied instantly when help required. Highly recommended.
