It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start from here directly on the sandstone route. The spacious 64 square meter apartment with parking and wallbox is located in a quiet residential street. It is a five-minute walk to downtown. You can quickly enter the hiking area Hermannsweg, Teutoburger Wald, Dörenther Klippen. Climbing forest, summer toboggan run, fairytale forest, the beach club on Lake Aasee with boule court and water playground are close. Osnabrück or Münster and the Netherlands can be reached in less than an hour by car or train. Wallbox for electric cars!

The approximately 55 square meter studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building renovated in 2017, in a quiet and bright location on a 2,400 square meter private property. Enjoy quiet vacation days or relaxed hours of your free time here. Both the historic center of Bevergern and beautiful forest hiking trails (including Herrmannsweg) are only 10 minutes away by foot. The "Reitsportzentrum Riesenbeck International" and Surenburg Castle are only 3 km away.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, where 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire bowl. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the sauna, as I need to give a short briefing. You can grill, a grill is available.

The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. Welcome to our holiday apartment with own garden. The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessed via shared stairwell. There is a living-/bed-/work- room with a queensize bed (1.4 x 2 m) and another bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and fully equipped kitchen. A farm shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping facilities, touristic sports and station can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen.
