Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were received very kindly by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. For our son, it was also a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

The hostess is a very friendly, lovable and cheerful person. You will be received in a very friendly way. She helps you in any situation. If you have any questions, that's not a problem The location of the accommodation is ideal if you like nature. When you wake up and the first thing you see is a beautiful forest, you know you're in the right place. It's nice and quiet. The saltwater pool is a pleasant 25 degrees. Great room layout. Kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend this place. One night was almost too short. I would highly recommend a week or more.
