3 room apartment of 60 sqm with large private garden, communal pool. No streets around as the house is inside a block. Only 300 meters to the sandy beach! Just around the corner at Lys Square you´ll find 2 grocery stores, 3 great restaurants, wine store and a bakery/cafe. Hop on the 420 bus at the end of the road by the supermarket and you’ll be in centre of Antibes within just 10 mins for €2 per person Cannes is in other direction with 25 minutes buss ride.
