Monthly Rentals in French Farm

This is a quaint and cosy spot tucked away in the bush with birds, a small stream and loads of greenery to keep you company. Tom explained the set up really well and I can tell the cottage is a well loved place with lots of history and stories. The bird feeder on the deck was a great form of entertainment with tui and bell birds using it from dawn till dusk. Walking the tracks on the property gives you great views of the valley and surrounding hills and large patches of native bush made for some fun botanising. This is a quintessential kiwi family-owned place and such a vibe!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Bach in Duvauchelle. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Maree was a very responsive host and described the house perfectly. We were so lucky to have beautiful weather for our stay and due to the location we enjoyed some country walks and returned to a lovely, warm house. We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to stay again ourselves.

We loved our stay here. The view from the house is stunning; you are surrounded by trees and there are many native birds to look at and listen to. The house is beautiful with so much space and all the modern luxuries that make this an epic place to stay!
