Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in French Broad River

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences (and I had many). Traci’s spot is perfect for a couple or solo. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surrounding. Easy to find. And the inside is perfect for travelers - everything is thought through, every detail, from the spoon for the creamer to the cosy rug for the feet by the bed which made me feel very taken care of during our stay. The bed is super comfortable. The space is very nicely decorated. I felt like I was at a cool gallery. Thank you, Traci, for hosting us!

A great place to stay in asheville! Rom and Dawn were incredibly welcoming and the place had all we needed to have a great weekend! Highly recommend.

Great spot in an excellent location for exploring Asheville. This amazing unit was exactly as described, plus lots of unexpected but welcome touches and amenities. This is the way to do an Airbnb—congratulations to the owners and managers. We will be back. This will become our Asheville home away from home.

Don and the rental were fantastic. I can only wish that every Air BnB was done this well. Water on every table. The bathroom had everything you might have forgotten. The fridge had soda and water in it. Even had a Smores setup for the firepit outside. I will be back here regularly and Don's place will always be my first choice. Dons hospitality was world class. It is very hard to find genuine hospitality and Don hit it off the mountain.

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

It was perfect, exactly what I needed. Host was very responsive and friendly, everything was great. :)

We loved staying at Lara’s. Because of rainy weekend, the mountains were especially lush and foggy creating almost magical misty atmosphere. We were able to build a fire every night. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with nice scratch free pots/pans. Lots of nature and little towns to explore nearby. Thank you Lara - we would love to come back!

Good communication and awesome view

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

Our stay at the mountain Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views and luxurious amenities that made us feel pampered throughout. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect escape, combining comfort and natural beauty in every moment. Thank you!

What an wonderful oasis of peace this Airbnb was. After driving long hours, we were so happy to have landed here! It was so relaxing and had everything we needed for cooking, etc. We didn't realize that there are two bathrooms and that, as well as the w/d, were added pluses! I was able to work remotely and the internet was strong. We loved the decor and all the design touches! It was nice having a door off the bedroom and places to sit outside that were private! We LOVED the garden hot tub that was also private and so relaxing. We walked into town on the first night to Pack Tavern & the food was so good and the walk was beautiful. We saw fireflies on the way home. The hosts went out of their way to make this Airbnb top notch & it shows. I left something at the Airbnb & they have been very accommodating in helping me get it back. Highly recommend!

I already miss The High House! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The porch quickly became my favorite spot—I could have spent all day soaking in those breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to visit during firefly season, and watching the fireflies put on their magical show was truly unforgettable. Our evenings around the campfire, making s’mores, were such a treat. My 9-year-old boys loved exploring the property, making new friends with the host’s sweet and welcoming children, and discovering tortoises, baby kittens, and playful sheep along the way. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our adventures—whitewater rafting, zip lining, gem mining, and chasing waterfalls. One of the highlights was ordering baked goods and a dinner from our wonderful host, Sharon. It was hands down the best meal we had during our trip! Our stay was pure magic, and I can’t recommend The High House enough! Thanks for the memories!

We absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even more beautiful in person—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was peaceful and private, but still close enough to Asheville to explore easily. We especially appreciated the clear communication, comfy bed, and how well-stocked everything was. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this space provided. It made our birthday weekend extra special. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain escape!

We had a wonderful time at Gretchen’s place! She was super responsive and helpful to all of our needs. And the beautiful home was perfect! We had three adults and two preschool aged kids and it was just right for us. Clean and welcoming with such nice touches everywhere. And the kids loved the kid room and outside play area. There was so much to do we really didn’t need to leave the property! Thank you Gretchen for letting us use your beautiful home and property. We will definitely be back!

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Excellent place and walkable to downtown Asheville. Parking is not included but directly across the street is a $15 daily parking garage. The loft sits right above a coffee shop and bar. Excellent place to stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the area super convenient. Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

Beautiful views and peaceful place in the mountains! We had a wonderful stay here! The only thing I would say is just to pay attention to the listing because there is no air conditioning which for most of the year I know is not necessary! When I booked, I didn’t notice that she had clearly listed that there is no air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans, and one floor powered fan to help circulate the air. The views are amazing from the porch and the porch furniture is fantastic for sitting in the evening in the morning! The apartment has everything you need and is so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
