Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Waynesville is alive and well after the devastating floods that hit our area on September 27 last year. Our property survived with just a little damage to the grounds, and Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. You will see debris on the curbs all around town but the cleanup is happening and things are looking better every day!
