Townhome vacation rentals in French Broad River

I just wanted to stay because it was so peaceful and the setting was lovely. My dogs were a bit over enthused and got away the first day so the people across the street were kind enough to help me get them back inside by grabbing the leashes. I thanked them very sincerely. I hope I left the place as expected. Iy was lovely and a wonderful escape. Thanks so much Tiffany! You are a superb host

This is our 6th year staying at this cabin for Thanksgiving. it's become a tradition in our family and it's the best week of our year! Thanks so much Dan for always hosting us!!

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

We were very satisfied with the place. Lots of supple/kitchen items. Very cozy decorated.

Chads place was a wonderful place to stay in Bristol. It was conveniently located to shopping and Bass Pro. It was also very close to Paramount Theater and everything downtown. Chads place was exactly as described. It was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and very neat. I was in town for a guys trip to a concert at Paramount and the space was perfect for the 2 of us. 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. There was also a sofa in the living room perfect for a 3rd guest. I definitely recommend Chads place and will stay again when in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place. First time actually staying in the mountains. We were able to bbq on the deck a few nights. Everything provided to do so. It was nice to wake up in the morning and have a view of the mountains and hear the birds. Only 3 miles or so, into Gatlinburg and hiking trails. The whirlpool bathtub was awesome after hiking. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who would like to stay in the Smoky Mountains.

Quiet place with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking, having a washer and dryer was great too! The surroundings are beautiful and it was easy to get to downtown. Checkin/out we're simple.

Great location, so walkable into town. Space had everything we needed for our girls weekend away. Very clean, great balcony. Each bedroom had our own bathroom. Would highly recommend!

We needed to be in Knoxville to help our son attending University Tennessee Knoxville while he is dealing with some health issues. Chris was very kind, allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at Sean's place for 10 days - and while Asheville is still recovering from the storm, they are open for business and there is plenty to do - incredible restaurants, art galleries, hiking and shopping. The locals are extremely welcoming. We could have stayed another couple of weeks and had plenty to see and do Sean's place is in an amazing area - walkable to amazing restaurants, breweries, art galleries, live music, shopping, downtown and more. We never took at car to dinner. The place is great - spacious, a kitchen ready to prepare a gourmet meal, a roof top patio to enjoy a glass of wine - and our arthritic dog's favorite, an elevator for easy access to all floors. We want to stay there again when we come back to Asheville (hopefully very soon)

Absolutely incredible stay! The place was even better than the photos, which is saying a lot. Everything was spotless—the cleanliness was truly top-notch. The hot tub was such a perfect touch, clean and ready to go, and made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. You can tell the hosts really care about the details. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay, everything was very comfortable. Loved how close it was to the stadium!

I was in a pinch to find a place for a couple of nights due to plumbing issues at my house and Lyubov was quick to respond! This was a great location and very affordable! Super cute and clean place and I had more than enough space. It was very peaceful. I had a couple of questions and Lyubov responded super quick. She was very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this place! I will definitely book again!

This condo was perfect and spacious for our family of 4 Spring Break get away to Chetola. It is beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Nora was an amazing and very responsive host. We had a relaxing fun filled 4 days and can't wait to book this condo AGAIN!!

Sarah was so communicative! The house was perfect & the fact laundry detergent was included to do a load of clothes after a long weekend of running was great!

My almost 2 year old, husband and myself had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The location was perfect- secluded enough to enjoy the sounds of the stream on the balcony yet only a short drive or a walk to Gatlinburg. We made the drive into beautiful Smokie Mountain national park almost everyday, it was easily accessible from this location. It was very clean and we felt right at home. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Great stay overall!

Loved this space! Looked brand new and very clean. Very convenient to Jackson Park where my husband had bicycle races. Lisa had everything we needed. Very comfortable for the two of us. The additional half bath worked out well and also the bar for eating was perfect. Comfortable place to relax. Good parking. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a weekend get away. This Townhome was perfect. It fit exactly what we needed and the host was great. Will visit again.

This townhouse was perfect for our two night stay in Greenville with a baby and toddler. The downstairs was relatively free of clutter so our little ones had space to move about. The entire place was extremely clean and kitchen very well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal. It was only a short drive to downtown and right next door to a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.
