Vacation rentals with a home theater in French Broad River

Olivia and Nick were super nice! Very responsive and helpful. We were there for my son’s wedding. 30 minutes to Asheville airport. Min to restaurants and shops. House is looking all brand new and upgraded. So clean and nicely decorated. Although it’s a basement apartment, but lot of natural lights. A great kitchen with nice appliances. No stairs from the back door to get in. Very quiet and private place, and facing the woods. A nice, huge projector in Family room. We stayed for 9 nights. Hope we get the chance to go back and stay there again! Do not hesitate to book it. You’ll love it!

Carolyn was a very attentive host, her response time was very quick and she was very accommodating! I enjoyed her place as it was very cozy and such a relaxing atmosphere. There was lots to do in the area as far as outdoor activities and the nearby town was gorgeous. Highly enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The studio was just as advertised and easy to find. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to do our own cooking for the week. They provided enough soap and such for us to get started and we only really had to bring more toilet paper. Otherwise everything was there that we needed. We loved the games that they had there for us to use and the snacks were perfect too. We will definitely be looking at staying here again.

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

We loved our stay at Blue skye! It is such a beautiful house, perfect for our little family for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the location and so many great restaurants and shops walkable from the house, including bookstores and a toy store. We found it very easy to get to some major sites around Asheville from this location but also tempting to just walk around and stay in the vibrant neighborhood. The house itself is very tastefully remodeled and had everything we could wish for to make a comfortable stay.

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

We were at Lake Junaluska to attend a wedding. We decided to stay a couple of extra days to enjoy the area. Carolyn’s cute little apartment was just what we needed. She always responded quickly and was very friendly. We would absolutely stay at one of her properties again!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a 75th birthday and had a house full of family. I personally liked the second master bedroom set up with a king. The location was not too far to explore several local wineries. It’s also very close to a grocery store and tons of shopping although you feel like you’re in a mountain top forest. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our time staying home as much as going out. Ping pong, shooting pool, movie room - you name it. Darryl was very responsive to every question we had the entire time we were there.

I have stayed at a ton of Airbnb’s and this one was by far one of my favorites! The location was perfect and the house itself couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again and so should you!

This is such a gorgeous and lovely space. It was perfect for our group and allowed many areas to be together and have space for ourselves. Super clean and the kitchen is well organized and has everything you need! Can’t thank the hosts enough for accommodating us on such short notice. We had a great trip! Would absolutely recommend and book again.

This house is incredible. If you're considering a stay- do it. It's spacious and comfortable. There were 4 adults, 1 12 year old, a 2 year old, and two dogs in our group and there couldn't have possibly been a better place. The beds were extremely comfy, the theater room was awesome, and the decor was impeccable. Evan was communicative and wonderful to deal with. It's located around 20-30 minutes from almost everything in Asheville. Could not recommend more.

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

This place was perfect for a bachelor party of seven (7) and we probably could have comfortably added another person. The living space and amenities were great. The place was super clean. We were able to get ubers/lyfts, we just had to wait a little longer than you might expect (like 10-15 minutes). Not a problem at all, but people should know that some of the road just before the drive way is pretty steep and torn up; guests might want to avoid bringing a low-to-ground vehicle. We really enjoyed our stay. The popcorn machine, the hot tub, and the super-fast Keurig made a great experience an outstanding one.

We were a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay at Mindi's place, it was very well appointed and everything was as listed. Mindi was very communicative during the while stay. The place came with lots of nice touches like coffee pods and snacks. The view from this place was lovely and peaceful and it was about a 15 min drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staying at Talia's place was a blessing! We made last minute plans due to unforeseen circumstances and everything just fell into place perfectly! The home was so clean, peaceful and spacious, with all of the amenities we needed! Talia always responded quickly to my emails. What a relief it was to be together with family in such a lovely home, especially splashing in the pool!!! Our family had a wonderful time and we're quite pleased. Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

I will book again. I took the couch and my friend took the bedroom. I would book this place again based on the comfort of the couch alone.

We didn't call ahead per the listing request to get the unit number and code but was able to get it in time. Make sure you reach out at least the morning you arrive. The place is easy access to local events but also away from the main road so it is quiet. The view to the creek side is quite nice too.

Great place for our quick trip! Very easy to get to and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
