Furnished tourist accommodation, classified***, 30 m2 located at the gates of Aurillac. It's already the countryside: quiet, greenery and small birds! Apartment for 2 people adjoining our house but totally independent (private terrace, 1 private parking space). Great location for a business trip (Aurillac 5 minutes away) or sightseeing : Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort 40 minutes away - Salers 30 minutes away - Swimming at the St Etienne Cantalès dam 20 minutes away.
