Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

There is an excavator lake nearby ( it may be bathed)

Das Mini Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine große Terasse, um in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen zu können. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist klein aber geräumig. Wenn zwei Personen buchen sollten Sie sich gern haben, das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Küche ist nur für kleine und einfache Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Fragen beantworten wir jederzeit gerne.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.

New apartment on the farm / in the countryside

Dear guests, our apartment is located in a house newly built in 2022. The outdoor area around the house is not yet 100% finished. However, this does not affect your stay with us. You will find enough cozy places on the farm. We warmly welcome you! A guest fee of €1 per person per night must be paid on site.
