Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Loft above garage in our backyard. Beautiful views of the canal behind our house and a quick 10 minute drive away from Jones Beach by car. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Really great place to stay in New York. Second floor apartment with lots of room to relax & no sharing rooms. Host occupies first floor of this private home. Near train, shops and 10 mins drive from beach, mall. Nice safe area, easy access to restaurants, grocery. Approx 15 mins from JFK international and LaGuardia airport depending on traffic.
