Vacation rentals with beach access in Freedom

Shannon's place was the perfect home base for a long weekend trip to the area! The unit felt quite spacious due to it spanning two floors, making for a very cozy living space on the ground level. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. Shannon was quick to communicate and provided detailed instructions on the check in-process which I really appreciated. The location was perfect – quiet and calming while being only a short drive away from the main parts of town and a reasonable distance to Portland. Overall this unit exceeded my expectations and helped contribute to an amazing weekend getaway. I would 100% stay here again!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

Holly and Pete are incredible hosts! There isn’t a detail they haven’t thought of and provided very clear instructions throughout. My husband and I agree that this is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for everything, Holly and Pete!!

We stayed here for a girls trip to Maine and it was the perfect location as we were visiting multiple cities! The place was spotless and so cute and the hosts gave great recommendations! Would definitely recommend staying here! It is close to multiple beautiful beaches!

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

Cute place. Perfect for our family of 4. Close to hiking and short walk to lake. The wifi was spotty but otherwise it was great.

I had a wonderful experience at the house, I felt right at home the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, the garden with the fire pit and picnic table wonderful, reading books in the shade of the trees in the afternoon was amazing. The bedrooms were great and I enjoyed the balcony. Kiana is a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying at her house. I look forward to coming back next year. The lake is right down the road, it is perfect, everything was. Thank you so much

Well located to town and right next door to a great breakfast/lunch spot! Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in. Very clean and finely appointed with a New England coastal feel. TV was easy to use and basics were provided (sugar and creamers). Instructions were clear and response time excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Laconia, NH. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy walking access to local attractions. Check-in was seamless, and Christine was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Although most consider The Maine Lakes Region a summer play land, it is also an absolutely breathtaking winter wonderland and made extra special staying at this residence. The sunrise views over a frozen, snow covered Thomas Pond are very special; this open and spacious home really made us feel that we were on vacation. During our stay a little snow storm passed through, the hosts plowed and cleared immediately. Highly recommend this residence year round.

Melissa is an excellent host and her home reflects her attention to detail and anticipation of everything a guest of any age might need or enjoy, from a kid friendly yard to a well equipped kitchen. While the home is not on the water, the ocean air is clean and cool, and the beaches are close by by car. I heartedly recommend her home rental and hope to return.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
