Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern, voller schöner und verrückter Details! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns viele Tipps, kümmerte sich sogar um unsere Autovermietung und bot einen tollen Shuttle-Service. Die Übergabe war persönlich, alles blitzsauber. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben es geliebt 🥰

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

I dearly love Marco’s home which checks every box. Location is great! It’s like 3-minute walking to Train, Bus and Local Bus station which connect me to Noto, Modica and Fontane Bianche in sweat-free matter. Plus, there are multiple eatery options nearby like Onda Blue (love its Fasolari soooo much), Il Matto (affordable yummiest Pizza) and Fuori Ortigia (pretty good Calamari) and La dogana (sublime Carbonara). The house is clean and surprisingly silent from the noise I was worried upon staying in the house though it’s very near a transportation hub of the city. Air conditioner works well and so does shower. Most importantly, Marco himself is such a nice host. I do recommend his nice place.

Had pleasant moments staying in this apartment. Good surroundings, easy to reach transport connections, close to the old city center. The beautiful cost line is also nearby.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of Ortigia! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the center and literally steps away from the beach. It was the perfect spot for morning swims and sunset strolls by the water. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the well-stocked kitchen and modern bathroom, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special shoutout to the host, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made check-in easy and shared great local tips that made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Ortigia. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Anna’s apartment is superb. It’s huge and traditional and a real treat. 3 huge comfy bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms. We stayed a week and my husband and teens kept saying “this place is so great!” The view of the water and fountain from the front rooms is incredible. You can sip coffee as you watch the local fisherman start their day. The location is ideal. We walked around the corner to the fresh market for breakfast and supplies every morning. The narrower streets of old town and the Apollo Temple are short blocks away. Hosts were helpful and responsive & I appreciated the little things that were left for us like coffee pods and really lovely shower soaps. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this apartment. We loved staying in this apartment! Our host greeted us in person for check in and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the host was very responsive. We loved staying here!

다른 유럽 국가의 집과 같이 열쇠로 문을 여는데 어려움을 겪었지만 Marco의 도움으로 문을 여는 방법을 터득할 수 있었습니다. 이러한 어려움을 제외하고는 모든 부분에서 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 숙소는 매우 깔끔하고, Marco가 공유해준 타오르미나 주변 지도는 관광에 큰 도움이 되었습니다! 자전거도 잘 타고 돌아다녔어요 :)

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Merci à Margherita pour son accueil. Le logement est extrêmement propre et nous avons été accueillis bien chaleureusement par nos hôtes. L’extérieur peut être un petit peu bruyant en journée avec quelques voitures, mais les 2 petites terrasses ombragées et donnant sur cour sont au calme et offrent des espaces très agréables pour déjeuner. Enfin, l’appartement est bien situé : le port se trouve à 15-20mn à pied pour une balade dans les rues d’Ostigia et il y a une très bonne « gelateria » à 50m du logement. Merci pour ce séjour !

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mitten in Ortigia, dennoch sehr ruhig, am Meer und eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Consigliato assolutamente: l’appartamento è arredato con gusto. È spazioso, pulitissimo ed ha tutto quello che è necessario. Si trova a pochi passi dal parcheggio, ma anche dal centro di Ortigia. Host gentilissima e sempre disponibile (anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno per fortuna).

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui s’est avéré à la fois fonctionnel et simple, tout en répondant parfaitement à nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parasol pour la plage, un petit plus qui s'est révélé très pratique. De plus, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale, offrant un accès facile à tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience plus fluide. Cependant, il est important de noter que les nuits peuvent être assez bruyantes, ce qui a légèrement perturbé notre repos. Cela dit, nous gardons un souvenir positif de notre séjour et nous remercions Aurore notre hôte pour son accueil.

Well located apartment in old building close to everything. Hosts were very kind. The apartment was very well equipped. Air conditioning worked well. Would recommend.

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

La casa di Alberto è più accogliente di presenza che nelle foto, è luminosa e silenziosa e dotata di ogni comodità che possa servire durante il soggiorno. Gli elettrodomestici funzionano perfettamente e l' host ha cura di mettere a disposizione i generi di prima necessità ( caffè, olio, acqua etc.), cosa di cui lo ringraziamo . La posizione consente di raggiungere con una breve passeggiata sia il Teatro Greco che Ortigia, quindi,una volta parcheggiato, si può scordare l' auto. Alberto inoltre è una persona molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha accolto di persona e ci ha dedicato il suo tempo per le informazioni che ci occorrevano. Senza dubbio tornerei a prenotare la sua casa e la consiglio.
