Monthly Rentals in Fredonia

Dustin was a welcoming, kind host. He gave us the option of letting ourselves in or ringing the doorbell to meet him. We decided to meet him and had great conversation. We loved that he took the time to get to know us, even though he has a busy family. If we didn’t want to, we easily could have just walked up the stairs to the apartment with no contact, but meeting him made it more personal and memorable. Other notes: Dustin was very responsive and proactive. Prior to arrival, he messaged us, warning that there’s a dog (Stella) who would probably bark at us upon arrival. Indeed, she was there but was as sweet as can be and loved alllll the belly rubs. We had a busy weekend in the area, but we took a little time to explore the beautiful property. The apartment was just perfect and the best thing was that we didn’t have to do anything for checkout, except pack up our own things. We hope to visit again when we are up in that area in the future. Very modern and nice

The place was perfect… we stayed because we had a family member that had a funeral that weekend… I mean it was nice to be able to spread out and relax… nice perks were the coffee and yogurt, fruit and eggs for the morning… I really loved the kitchen it was a 50s kitchen and reminded me of my grandma’s… we have family in grafton and probably will stay here again and everyone you should too

This stay was excellent for 3 nights while visiting our granddaughter at Concordia University. Especially appreciated were our personal welcome upon late arrival, very comfortable beds, super cleanliness, wonderful coffee choices, fruits, delicious cookies, fresh flowers, huge towels, shampoo & more! The stairs are steep so thankful we had a strong daughter and grandson to help carry our luggage up the stairs. We enjoyed being able to walk the quiet neighborhood and down to beautiful Lake Michigan. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
