The area is characterized by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance. Arresø is only 5 minutes from the house. Tinggården 10 min. on foot.

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. A few minutes' walking distance to many good restaurants for every taste. There are electric kettle hobs so you can make yourself a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate after a lovely walk.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The cottage is close to Liseleje, Tisvildeleje, Hundested, Lynæs and Frederiksværk. Denmark's best beaches and cozy shopping towns. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and close to Denmark's largest lake, Arresø. There is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store. It is a very inviting and cozy house with plenty of space both outside and inside.
