Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Stor grøn have på 1600m2 - hvor der er masser af plads til leg og spil, hygge i havens Orangeri eller afslapning på to store solrige terrasser. Stranden og Liseleje ligger kun 4 kilometer væk. Der er kun 5 minutter til købmanden. Huset er 40m2 med to soveværelser og hyggeligt sammenhængende køkken/stue

Hyggeligt familiesommerhus med store terrasser mod syd og vest i roligt område og i gåafstand til både Kattegats blå bølger, det gamle fiskerleje i Kikhavn og Ullerup Skov. Sommerhuset, der er bygget i 1993, er på 63 m² og dertil er der et anneks med både soverum, toilet, vaskerum og cykelskur. Boligen egner sig til op til 6 personer, og har bl.a. termostatstyret træpille-brændeovn, internet og kabel-TV. Ferieboligen er beliggende på en 1200 m² stor grund med både plæne og blandet bevoksning.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Huset ligger helt unik på toppen med kig til Arresø og Roskilde fjord, samt fredende marker med græssende dyr. 3 gode soveværelser, alle udstyret med komfortable senge. På hemsen, er der plads til to personer på madrasser. Den dejlig store stue og spisestue er ideel til hyggeaftener. Der er gulvvarme i hele huset. 100 meter væk ligger en lille gårdbutik, og kun 500 meter væk findes en privat strandgrund.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Charming guesthouse

Lovely year-round insulated guesthouse, of approx. 17 m², with lots of charm, located in the middle of Gribskov, 6 km outside Hillerød. Here is room for 2 people with a large room with double bed, dining area and open kitchen with burner and the possibility of light cooking. In addition, there is a nice little bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower. The house is perfect for a romantic get-away or as a writing den if you need peace and quiet a few days for contemplation.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
