The backyard of the apartment has grill and tables so you can eat outside. Has all modern equipment such as dishwasher and washing machine. Very clean and comfortable. The space is 77sqm, 1 bedroom with double bed and a comfortable sofa in the living room for a 3rd person. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped. Nice balcony facing the street. Metro in 5 min walk distance and bike rental shops are near. The flat is located on floor 4 and there is no elevator.

The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. It is perfect for a couple. It has a 200 x 180 bed in the bedroom and a new sleep sofa.
