This was my 5th trip to Rosario and by far this was the nicest apartment. Not only was Ms. Andrea the nicest host, she was very accommodating to my needs. The apartment was so clean. The location also was great due to so many things being walkable. I will definitely be staying here in the future

Very nice house, we had a beautiful weekend with friends. The house is very functional, the neighborhood is quiet and you have a supermarket next door for whatever you need and many things nearby such as an ice cream shop, bakery and so on. Everything was impeccable and Violeta was always ready for any questions before and during the stay. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

Apartment super clean and comfortable, has everything one needs. I stayed 30 days on a work assignment, could not have been better. The Manager Agustina was awesome too!

Andrés' apartment is super warm, spacious and the decor is beautiful. Highly recommended both for the value for money and the location, central and close to Plaza 25 de Mayo and the Monument.

The stay was excellent, Marina was super attentive, always responded quickly and was accessible to different requests. The place is very quiet, the house is spacious and cool. The pool is impeccable.
