Fisherman’s cottage with lovely garden in which you can relax and enjoy your stay. Your dogs are welcome! The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the Marina, 10 minutes from the sea and in the other direction 5 minutes from town. Across the road you can walk your dogs through the field and along the creek. There are lovely restaurants, cafes, a Coop, Spa and Tesco’s express, not to mention the ice cream parlour! There is a skate park, childrens’ playground, boating lake and a lido all within 10 mins

Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum.
