Vacation rentals with a patio in Fraser River

We had a great stay at Melissa's! The condo is exactly how it looks on pictures, very practical and everything is well thought off. Good location with many local shops close and nice walkable neighborhood. Host is super responsive and available when needed. I would highly recommend it!

Our family had a great time at Carmen’s place. Her place was clean, bright, close to everything, exactly as described and in the photos and more. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, pots, and basic appliances. We appreciated Carmen’s hospitality when she accommodated our request for a buggy (for doing our grocery, as T&T Supermarket is just across the street from the building); when she arranged to switch for a bigger parking slot to ensure our vehicle will fit; and when she accommodated for a slightly later checkout and offering some flexibility for our stay dates when my kids were not feeling well before the trip. The location cannot be beat, it is close to everything. T&T, Chinatown, malls and restaurants. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

I would love to keep this stay as a secret gem!!! But the hosts deserve lots people to visit their set!!! The place is magnificent, the Hosts were friendly…. I hope it’s not too busy when I come back!!!!

Great apartment in an excellent location for exploring Vancouver. We were very impressed at how clean the apartment was. Great to have a parking spot in the underground garage with easy drop off outside the apartment. A good food shop 5 mins away and many eateries. You are near a hospital so expect siren noise 24/7

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Patrick was an incredible host, very accommodating and thoughtful. He even surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift, which made us feel so special right from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Brian’s place was well-done and spacious, with beautiful views. We absolutely enjoyed our time there. As a host, Brian was communicative, and proactive to any need we had. He really gets what it means to be a good host.

Great stay. Kyle was easy to communicate with, was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again. Close to shopping and Skaha Lake. The location was perfect for us.

Sam’s place was ideal for our creative working retreat. Beds are comfortable and living room space worked very well for our retreat. Cozy. Dining room and kitchen were spacious enough for our group of 8. Overall, we were very pleased with the space, location, and excellent communication. A couple of areas which could use improvement would be overall cleanliness and organization. That may just have been a one-off though, as we were provided with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I happily recommend Sam’s place for a group stay!

I highly recommend this home. Dustin always responded when I contacted him, and the property is just beautiful with the most lovely picture windows overlooking the lake. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the kitchen is bright, modern, and clean. Our family of six adults stayed here for almost a week, and it was very comfortable. We watched movies in the family room downstairs and enjoyed some spectacular early morning sunrises upstairs. We hope to stay here again!

Great location on a quiet street. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect for a 2-night stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Iman’s place. He was incredibly communicative and accommodating- even greeting us upon arrival. The location can’t be beat - right on Beach Ave - a 5 min walk to Granville Island ferry, stunning walk along the beach to West End, easy walk to DT. Cute restaurants in the neighborhood and a great grocery store nearby. Iman provided fantastic local recommendations. Our favorite part was the outdoor space - wraparound patios with views of the harbor. I could hardly tear myself away! Apt is comfy and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend in Elise’s place. It was very clean, pet friendly (our dog loved her first visit to Canada) and in a secure building located within easy walking distance to pretty much any location in the city. There are a ton of bars, clubs, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which is great, but something to keep in mind if you’re more sensitive to noise.

What a gem! We loved the corner spectacular view especially in the quiet mornings.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at Wendy's place recently. The unit and location were excellent as described. Wendy was a great host. We look forward to our next stay here!

We made a last minute decision to come up and do some hiking. Hasina was very responsive and able to have the place ready early for us. The check-in documentation makes everything easy. Loved our stay!

Great condo in a great building! We loved the pool/ hot tub , easy mountain access and the updated vibe of the unit. Emily was super responsive. Wed love to return!

Excellent location right next to ski in ski out trail. Host was quick to respond. Condo was lovely and had a good layout. Hot tub was the best!!
