Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Franklin

We were in the Milwaukee area for our son’s graduation from UWM. This location nice and close to the campus, without being the right in the heart of busyness. This street was pretty quiet, which we enjoyed. Access to the garage was behind the house in an alley, but very easy to get to. The house was clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and Karen was always quick to respond to messages! Very happy with our stay!

The hundreds of reviews are accurate! This spot is a GEM. Thoughtful amenities, warm and inviting energy through the entire space and walkable to some great restaurant/bars! Will be staying here every time we visit! Peace and love!!!!🫶🏽❤️

Ryan's place was good and very close to the city, beaches and cafes. Only issue we ran into was kitchen power went out while cooking dinner. When we reached out. Ryan was quick enough to help us with the instructions to bring power back up. Overall, good place to stay which was within our budget.

Located in a quiet community with a market nearby, I am happy with my stay. The host makes it like home. There's natural park nearby which is also worth visiting.

This is our second stay and Angela is always responsive, the place is always clean, and the check in and out process is super simple. Looking forward to booking again!

This is our second stay with Bente and we loved it just as much as much as the first time. We were included in social activities happening over the weekend on the farm which was an extra treat and was so kind. I love being able to show my kids the farm life and take a break from our regular life.

Several reviews about the walls were helpful but no one in the building was making much noise. I could hear neighbors, but they were all respectful. I wanted to hear the train more. I could NOT hear the train passing by, and I love the sound of a train. I loved the place. I would definitely go back.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Carlos's. The space was exactly like the photos, and we had more resources than we even planned on. It's a well-insulated basement space, so even on our last day when the weather was very warm outside, it was downright chilly inside. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, parking was easy to find with clear instructions provided, and enough space for what we needed. We realized our first night that we forgot toothpaste, and Carlos and his wife were so generous to bring some down for us to use until we could get to the store the next morning. Some other reviews mentioned the low ceiling, and while my husband is over 6 ft tall, he had no issues. The space was very affordable for the location, and Carlos and his family are gracious hosts. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was in a great location too, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great tips about the area and making check-in and check-out a breeze. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into making guests feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Sondra was great and the house fit our needs! It was great to have a home away from Home after long days at a robotic competition. Sondra was responsive to questions and even asked how the competition was going. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we were in the area.

Jean‘s House is charming—it was very clean and comfortable. Woodwork was beautiful and so many of the original features of the home have been kept in excellent condition or renovated to make it a great mixture of a vintage aesthetic with the modern comforts. You cannot do without a car if staying here. But if you have a car it’s a convenient base for doing things in Milwaukee. Great list of recommendations (At Random is a great little cocktail venue).

This home was very well kept and clean! The home is tucked into a very walkable community with anything you need within a short walk. It was perfect for a friend weekend. The beds and bathroom were spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. If I’m ever in Milwaukee again (probably going to happen) I’ll see if Allison’s place is available so I can do it all again!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Safe and walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Emily's home was the perfect place for my visit to Milwaukee and is more beautiful than the pictures show. We were able to prepare meals for the many family members that stopped by and enjoy family game night with the various games that were provided. We even grilled and enjoyed the backyard where there's a gazebo, dining table and sofa set. The 2nd floor is like a loft apartment with an amazing shower and huge walkin closet that's big enough to be a bedroom! My teenage guests took over that space for video games but it also allowed me a private space to unwind. The king size bed and memory foam pillows were super comfy! The sound machines in each bedroom were a nice touch. I visit several times a year and will definitely stay again! Thanks Emily!

The place was fantastic, had a lovely stay Amy and David were fantastic with communication! the parking was easy once we figured out how to use the card (you need to hold it for about 3 seconds over the ticket machine. great location if you have transportation handy!

Lori’s place was amazing! The location was perfect, peaceful, yet centrally located near tons of things to do. Whether you want to explore or just head back to relax, it’s the ideal spot. I highly recommend taking your coffee out onto the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view, it was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Lori was incredibly responsive and checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed. I would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat!

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Lake Geneva Airbnb! The home felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better. Just minutes from the lake and downtown, we were able to enjoy charming local shops, great restaurants, and stunning lakeside views without needing to drive far. It was the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient access to everything Lake Geneva has to offer. Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making our stay comfortable. They provided excellent local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or just some time to relax by the water, this place is a gem. Wehighly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Geneva!

We rented this entire house, both upper and lower units (separate listings) for our wedding across the street at South Shore Pavilion. This rental was outstanding and created a beautiful and stress free home-base for our wedding guests and weekend. The bridal party was able to get ready here before the ceremony and guests from out of town had clean private bedrooms to stay in. Awesome eclectic vibe and plenty of places to relax, with plenty of extra room. I recommend this rental to anyone spending an important weekend in Bayview, like a wedding. The next door neighbors were courteous and very tolerant of our busy weekend. Instructions were clear for how to stay out of their way and how to be good guests in the neighborhood of mostly homeowners. I would not consider this a “party house” given the context of the neighborhood and rather a beautiful relaxing domain to enjoy the best neighborhood in Milwaukee.

We enjoyed our stay here! It has a comfortable king bed and unique decor which made our visit fun. The location is very close to the lake and walkable to several downtown restaurants, coffee shops, Lake Geneva Shore Path and lake tour boats. We enjoyed getting custom-make breakfast wraps downstairs. We had a college reunion event at the Geneva Taphouse a couple blocks away. Lots to do and see in downtown Lake Geneva!
