Bobby was great! Very friendly and responsive. He lives downstairs so that was nice to know that he was there if we needed anything. The location was great. Very close to the beach & boardwalk which were both very clean and felt safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a large flight of stairs to climb when you get into the unit, which was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone with a stroller or physical disability. We would definitely stay again though and had a great time. Thank you, Bobby!

Our host was proactive and stayed in contact from beginning to end. The home was as pictured, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were COMFORTABLE! This was a great home and it satisfied all our needs. A special thanks to our hosts, they were a pleasure.

Our stay was cozy and fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and as advertised. I stayed there with my entire family and it was spacious with everything we needed. Comfortably slept 8. The bunk beds are full beds (just mentioning this as they are bigger than the photos look!). The game room, hot tub, and small photo area were a hit! It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while there. Lots of great restaurants around. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely return in the future. The owner was very responsive, kind, and thoughtful!

We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. We booked the place at the very last minute to accommodate myself and relatives for my dad funeral. In this sad moment we got an early check in and was great to have a cozy place to decompress after very hard days. Very much appreciated

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

Heather’s home was so lovely! There were so many thoughtful details from soft linens, extra pillows, everything you could need for the beach and a delightful welcome basket. We could see and hear the ocean and overall it was so relaxing and beautiful. I hope we can return again.

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
