We loved our stay here. The walk from the house to the dock was easy for our grandma also. Got to park our boat to the dock. Very peaceful. Loved it here. We will definitely be back.

After driving up a completely private and secluded road , we pulled upon a private, hilltop home with a stunning view of the Virginia mountains . The outside sitting area with supplied chairs, bbq and fire pit was a bonus . The inside of the home was renovated , cozy and very clean . The kitchen was fully stocked, making cooking easy . Bryan was very responsive and friendly . We will definitely tent again if we find ourselves in Virginia again . Thank you Bryan !

We were amazed the pictures looked GREAT, but being there was the Best!! Easy assessable, 1 story, the massive king size bed was awesome! Location is perfect, It was PERFECT for our two small fur babies that absolutely loved the patio fenced in area!!! Also, seeing the doe eating in the backyard behind the fence area was a delight for us! The Diner in walking distance was fabulous, clean, friendly local staff and the owner was so friendly! Breakfast and lunch was spot on! We have been and used airBNB many years now truly THIS IS ONE OF THE Best Places!!!!! Thanks for sharing this BLESSING with US!

Robert was very welcoming and responded promptly to any questions that came up. He is very invested in creating an exceptional experience for his renters. The waterfront and back porch were among our favorite places to be. A very tranquil and private home surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The home is in a quieter part of the lake, but it was easy to pick up items from the nearby Mini Mart, and there is a Dollar General within a 9 minute drive. Very little traffic on roads in the area throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen had all the seasonings and cookware we needed, and the beds and linens were very comfy. Robert provided an excellent referral for boat rentals, and we saw much of the lake via pontoon. This was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you, Robert!

We had a Wonderful time at Rachel's Lake Seclusion!!!! It is a beatifull place. My whole family enjoyed the home. Kayaking and paddle boarding were awesome at the river dock. The views are spectacular!!! Rachael is a great host.

Great spot less than 15 minutes from downtown Floyd. Super accessible to hiking in the area and less than an hour drive to Virginia Tech campus. House was comfortable with great outdoor space too. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second year booking with Dan and Jill, and we were again very pleased with our choice. The home is cozy, quiet, and on a fantastic cove that’s just right for our crew. The deer were aplenty, and the weather perfect. With linens and bath towels now included in the rental, it really is such an easy decision. Can’t wait for next year.

this was a perfect place to just get away, they had a petting zoo and horseback riding on the property so that also made the stay so much fun for me and my girlfriend. it was also the first time our dog had ever seen a horse too and she didn't know what to do lol

We truly enjoyed our stay at Keeping it Real! The condo was comfortable and clean and with a gorgeous lake front view. We had an extra request upon checking in and Reginald was very accommodating. I would stay again!

We enjoyed a long weekend with 7 extended family members and 2 dogs. The place was beautiful and had something for everyone. Beautiful landscaping, perfect view of the lake, water activities. We never even got to the ping pong table or Cornhole because we were so busy on the water. Bedroom set-up was great, comfortable, if low, beds. The porch is a great place to spend a whole afternoon, and gated, so the dogs could be off leash, also the second level of the dock. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit, and the young adults enjoyed the hot tub. Close (by lake/mountain standards) to grocery stores and restaurants, many on the lake. We would visit again.

I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

Perfect location!

My sister and neice and I stayed at Key To Stay's condo for 2 nights in February. I had previously stayed at that same condo in November. I originally gave this condo a great review, which is why we rented it again. This visit had a few maintenance issues, but they were eventually resolved and Key To Stay made sure to reach out to me personally to make sure we were satisfied. I do appreciate their commitment to making sure they improve the guest experience. I will definitely be staying here again after the wonderful customer service. The location is beautiful, the lake view can't be beat. The area has some great places to eat also.

Great place, very large, very eclectic and so many outdoor options. Just a few min from trails and restaurants. Hosts were amazing and very communicative.

My brothers and I celebrated our folks 80th birthdays and the accommodations were perfect for the occasion. Although the sixty five steps to the shore was prohibitive for them, the close Marina was adequate for boat ride pickup/drop-off’s. The double throughput driveways and the off road parking was convenient. The paddle boards and kayaks was a nice surprise. The place was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, rooms were spacious and location was relatively private and quiet. Over-all, everyone loved it and we’ll likely be back for another family getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay! One of the days was rainy and it was still great to just sit and read a book while looking at the lake. The main reason we booked this location was for the sandy beach area, it did not disappoint. Made it very easy to get our dogs in the water. And not have to take them to the park. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The also returned the dog cleaning fee very quickly which is always appreciated!! The dock is very well positioned for easy in, easy out should you want to rent a boat. The pictures are an accurate representation of the home. Easy to move around and a good seating. The deck is very large and can’t wait to see what they do with the reno in the spring!

Our short stay in the Cabin was wonderful! The decor, amenities and thoughtfulness to have everything available to relax and enjoy our time. The back deck and fenced in yard is the BEST dog friendly experience we have ever had. The creek was soothing and just wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely A++ in our books.

Absolutely loved this place! One of the cleanest places I have stayed that allows dogs. Everything about this home is thoughtful and welcoming! My daughter and her friend LOVED the basement and the fairy lights! They are 11 and the basement was a real treat for them. The porch was so relaxing for us AND the dogs! The dock was perfect! Great layout and we immediately felt at home.

Carol was a great host - super helpful, responsive, & kind. This spot is such a gem. Unique things to do in the area, and such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in their space. Will hopefully be back soon!

What a gem we found! We absolutely love the area, the home and the experience! This was our first ever Airbnb 10 states from home! I was very nervous and had my breath held wondering if I did everything right. We loved that this house had everything we needed and plenty of space after driving 14+ hours is a tightly packed car! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was comfortable and cozy. The view of the water was incredible. It was also very private. Brad reached out several times to see if we needed anything. This is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our visit to Smith Mountain Lake. The home was very beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. The home was spotless when we arrived. The space has many amenities and is large enough that everyone can be comfortable. The neighborhood is easily walkable for a stroll and the neighbors were friendly. One minor issue came up, but Melissa was very easy to reach and able to help fix the issue quickly. I would definitely stay at her home again.
