Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

I can’t say enough about the cabin and the host Mia. The cabin is small but spacious and not cluttered very mid century modern which made it very cozy and fun. It offered all the utensils necessary for cooking or BBQing. We caught lots of Crappy, kayaked, swimming area was nice and clean. Our grand kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing. Overall a great experience and lots of fun. Amazing. Sandee

Brittney’s cabin is SO cute! We had the best time. It was the perfect space for our little family of 3. Exactly as pictured but far more spacious than I expected. The shower and water pressure was amazing. Already missing the peacefulness of this property and mentally planning another trip back! One word for future guests is that the road out of the property is quite steep! In a smaller car we may have had some issues getting out during the rainstorm. Thank you Brittney! Loved our time here.

I have returned to this place many times because of the quality of the experience. This place is spotless, nestled in a grove of trees, and you feel like you have stepped out of the busyness of life. We saw deer each day we were there, found the restaurant recommendations spot on, and loved the quiet. The cabin is appointed extremely well with small touches that you don't realize you need until you do! The big windows give lots of natural light, the kitchen and bath have the extras that save you a trip to the store. And dealing with these hosts is the easiest I have ever experienced. So I keep coming back here because it feels like "my" retreat! When I first considered a tiny home, I was cautious. But I have now enjoyed all three of the properties in this group and each are unique and wonderfully decorated and appointed. Why would I settle for a hotel when I could have THIS? I have a positive, refreshing experience every time I stay here. It's "my" place!
