Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

Very spacious and roomy stay. It feels like two houses, minus a kitchen on the bottom floor. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and served our needs perfectly. The surrounding acreage is great to explore with near by pond as well. Most everything you could need is available to make you stay comfortable and fun too.

Hot water, good mattress, fun decor. Great place for a quick overnight stay.

They are amazing very responsive and very accommodating to our needs I went to see my niece and nephew and I wanted to bake cookies with her and I asked if they had a standing mixer they didn't but they got one and it was very kind I got to experience a moment with my niece I haven't got to in awhile they are awesome!

We love it here so much. This is our second trip to Black Barn and we always have a blast. The firepits are awesome, the kitchen is so big and well equipped, the furniture is all very comfortable. The place is always very clean. It's so cool to go on nature walks. I mean this place is so big and private and amenable, you really can do whatever you like here. We tend to do big bonfires with dancing and music, board game nights at the big dining room table, naps in all areas, and big collaborative breakfasts. But, I have to shout out Heidi for being the absolute best host we've ever had. She is delightful to speak with. She clearly has a passion for what she does and cares about the customer experience. She is very responsive and polite. We just absolutely adore her. We will most certainly be back.
