Monthly Rentals in Francisco Morazán Department

That was the second time we stayed in this apartment of Yalila. So we had an o-ja experience. Easy to find, good instructions to get in, same maid who did the last cleaning. At our request, Yalila had painted curtains in the living room and had she placed the interior in the wardrobes to put clothes in, so we didn't have to “live out of the suitcase”. Small issues with the apartment were quickly resolved by the maintenance people of the building. During our stay, the smoke detector turned on sometimes and, (protocol of the building), someone from the surveillance checked for fire hazard. Upon further investigation, the kitchen extractor was not connected to an outdoor drain. Yalila will fix this right away. The residents of the building are the most young people with children: regular children's parties in the courtyard. Very cozy to look at from the balcony. Didn't experience any nuisance at night.

Happy with our stay, the location was wonderful, but most importantly, Clara and her Husband were great! Responsive, attentive, and provided us with much need to know information! We truly appreciate both of you, and for allowing us to stay in your wonderful apartment!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a super comfy bed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available if I had any questions. Check-in was smooth, and I felt right at home. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and close to restaurants, shops. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free rental experience!

Very nice and everything is very cozy, but as a recommendation I would tell Edward to have the air cleaned since it blows ice and does not freeze well. I imagine it is due to the lack of cleaning
