Vacation rentals with beach access in Franche-Comté

The stay at the apartment was very pleasant and hassle-free. Van guided us well, as the drive to the house was a bit tricky. We arrived with the bicycles, which we were able to safely store in the existing bicycle storage rooms. This was ideal for the bike tours along the Rhine and to Basel. The central location is the absolute plus of the apartment and of course the view from the balcony.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The location is special, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind enough to let us stay until 12 PM on our checkout day, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

LePtitLoftDuLac is as described including accessibility. The view is superb and the small balcony ideal for enjoying the full view of the lake in front of a good glass of wine accompanied by excellent cheese. Rich advice was given by Manda before our arrival, very nice to organize the stay. Many activities can be done in this beautiful setting and beautiful places to discover. Communication was perfect before, during, and until the end of the stay. We recommend this endoit for a pleasant stay for two.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

Superb accommodation, super well-equipped and very functional. We didn't miss a thing. Tastefully decorated, spacious. The exteriors (gardens) are just as beautiful. The hosts are incredibly kind. Carole's place is perfectly located, right on the lake and right by the beach of Lutry. The seaside resort is very pretty and has a good infrastructure. Along the lake you can walk in a short time to the pretty town and reach cafes and restaurants. The train station and grocery stores are also within a short walking distance. The accommodation is "small but nice" and offers a large, well-equipped terrace with wonderful lake views. Carole is a charming host who gave us helpful information and provided us with things we didn't have with us. We would come back to stay anytime.

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this listing :)

About 30 minutes away from Annecy. Easily accessible by bus and bike. lovely, quiet spot. plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. nice outdoor area. Our host responded very quickly whenever we needed him.
