Beautiful place nicely renovated with quality materials. Comfortable, big and spacious, modern, nice garden that unfortunately we could not enjoy because of the rain. A little stream runs nearby. The road is close but you can barely hear it from inside. Reactive and communicative host. Thanks for accepting to host us with our rescue dogs 🐕!

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Silvia and Enrico were waiting for us at the agreed time. They welcomed me with friendliness and kindness. Silvia clearly explained everything she needed to know. I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house with a lovely garden and balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, which made it easy to explore. The only challenge we faced was finding parking, but other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

We visited Genoa and Cinque Terre for Easter and the apartment was perfect to start our beautiful vacation .The host Massimo was proactive, friendly and ready to help us at any time, in fact he exceeded our expectations , I don't think I can recommend any other apartment in Genoa than Massimo's for location, cleanliness and flexibility, we will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, spacious, in a neighborhood close to downtown, with all the features. A friendly and responsive host. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Apartment in a great location, 3-minute walk to the beach and bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a room with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), kitchen area with everything you need, large and functional bathroom (only a few more hangers were missing), outdoor area overlooking Porto Venere. Garage below. Porto Venere is within walking distance. Friendly, straightforward, precise and helpful owners. A great location for a vacation.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that can be useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta always available, precise in communications and super kind in having us find, upon our arrival, welcome gifts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones. definitely in the future if we decide to return to the Viareggio area, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and host!!!

An excellent apartment equipped with everything needed for a one-week stay. Great location, very convenient: the city center is 15 minutes away, and the metro is nearby if needed. Giulia is a kind and understanding host, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean accommodation in the medieval city of Genoa. Lively neighborhood with lots of shops. We really enjoyed having 2 separate beds (proposed by Luca). We would recommend this listing.

Monterosso is the pick of the Cinque Terra towns, it is almost flat with many more dinning options, and it didn’t feel overrun by the crowds as they swarm off the train. The apartment is in the old part of town on the 4th floor with a lift which you don’t find often in Italy. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and is much nicer than the photos after a recent renovation. Don’t hesitate to book.

Clean apartment. Right next to the train station for the 5 Terres. Only drawback, it's very complicated to find a place to park. Otherwise for the rest it was very good
