Our magical cottage house lies on Hockem Pohorje at an altitude of 850m. Surrounded by the beautiful Pohorje forest and panoramic views, it’s location is truly idyllic. With an inbuilt private infrared sauna privat outdoor swimspa and hot tub, it offers heavenly relaxation for up to five people. Ski resorts Bolfenk and Areh are only a 10-15 min drive away, making our cottage the perfect stay for a winter break. . If visiting in the summer, there is plenty of opportunity for cycling and hiking .

NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The apartment, nestled in nature near the forest, is perfect for families and pet-friendly. Just 5 km from the city center and highway, it features a forest path leading to Bistriški Vintgar. Only 14 km away are the Trije Kralji ski resort, bike park, and Črno Jezero. After a day outdoors, guests can relax in the peaceful garden or enjoy the private sauna. This serene setting offers both relaxation and easy access to city life and nature.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
