We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s place at Storey Lake in Kissimmee! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was perfect for our group, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with Fonti and the entire Fonti Vacation Home Staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Super clean! Very accommodating. Felt safe and very close to the parks. Loved the patio, kids loved the elevator lol Very clutter free which I appreciated as too many airbnbs are full of Knick knacks. Felt open and airy. Huge bathrooms. Had items we forgot to bring Iike detergent, shampoo and lotion. Would definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

This place far exceeded expectations. The condo was EXTREMELY clean, the host answered questions almost instantaneously and the grounds were perfect. The only reason I don't want to leave such a good review is to keep this place to ourselves! We will 100% book again!

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

Had a really nice stay here. Great location for the theme parks and it was very quiet and peaceful. Sarah was really quick to respond to any queries we had and the house itself was in good working order.

Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

I came to the area for work and treated myself to living in my favorite childhood fantasy for a week. The hosts put a lot of effort into this house to make you feel like you were in your own Hogwarts! Everything was very detailed and clean, neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and watch the sunset and wildlife. Would def recommend for families or any Harry Potter fan! Thank you guys for having me!

Absolutely loved our stay at Jared’s house. The house is beautiful, clean and very big inside. The pool is a great a size. The community pool was also great to visit! 100% recommend to everyone! Will definitely return!

Such an amazing place to be at if you’re looking to have the best vacation in Florida! Close to all amusement parks and entertainment and have all the restaurants just next door! The home was very homey and had everything you’d need and was very clean. Andrea was very helpful and responsive and I very much appreciate having a great host. And ooooh we loved the hot tub! Hope to come back one day :) Thank you!

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

The house was super clean, spacious, and very organized. It’s in a beautiful, quiet area but still close to everything. The view was lovely, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

Carlos property was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family to Disney. The property was about 15-20 min from Disney. The property is surrounded by dining, shops, convenience, and entertainment. The property was roomy, clean and was well equipped for any family. Would recommend this property.

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

We love Megan's property. It is very beautiful and accommodated a family of 2 adults and 2 children well. The condominium is also very beautiful and quite peaceful, great for those who want to rest after a full day of fun at Disney or Universal. The distance to the Disney parks is around 20 min and to the Universal parks a little further, but for us it didn't bother us at all. The bed mattresses are very soft, which for my wife and I was a little uncomfortable, as we prefer more orthopedic mattresses. Overall our experience was great and the kids really liked it. We love the place and certainly when we return to Orlando we will stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone ! We had an amazing time and felt so safe and comfortable. There was everything we needed and lots of amenities on the property. Very responsive host and will be staying again in future

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
