You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes.
