Such a charming tiny house! It’s clean, efficient, and pleasantly appointed. The rooftop patio is a real “wow” feature. We enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely rebook if returning to Yuma.

Easy five stars! Tammy is a wonderful host and super responsive if you have any questions or needs. She left us a welcome card and gift which was a super sweet touch! The place is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. My husband and I had a great time spending the weekend by the pool with our two dogs. Would definitely book again!!

Uns hat die Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung ausgereicht. Das Bett ist zwar sehr groß aber wenn sich einer bewegt wird der andere mitgeschaukelt. Richtig ruhig fanden wir es nicht, denn man hört die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft auch nachts bellen, genauso den leichten Verkehrslärm. Wir sind aber auch empfindlich und haben einen leichten Schlaf, andere wird das eventuell gar nicht stören. Man hat auf jeden Fall viel Platz und viel Stauraum, das war prima. Die Wohnung war auch ordentlich und sehr sauber, nettes Bad und gute Handtücher. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall 👌 super! Die Kommunikation mit Denis war auch top! 😊

My husband ended up on this trip without me, unfortunately, and texted me right away to say it was awesome. Large, beautiful space, lovely grounds. He appreciated the cold water and the coffee. I dealt with the hosts, who were always quick to respond. It was only a 1nt stay, but if we ever have reason to head back to Yuma, we will definitely book again...it was a great find and a great deal, and I'm so sorry I missed staying there this time.

Check-in is super easy. Irvin is a great host, very responsive and friendly. He responded right away to fulfill our requests for extra towels and paper goods we knew we'd need before our two weeks were up. Turned out he recognized my brother, a former Yuma resident, who was staying with us! The house is very spacious, nicely furnished. Having private bathrooms with each bedroom was a big plus. So was the 3-car garage! We ate breakfasts out by the pool most days. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, great location. Close to grocery shopping, the library (we got in on a stargazing evening with large telescopes there), where my sister lives, the interstate, etc. The only drawback was the temperature of the pool water, a little chilly. But it warmed up a bit as the outside temp went up, and the floating "chair" helped a lot (I even ended up taking a nap in it while floating one afternoon!). Very relaxing. It was a wonderful place to gather and enjoy time with my siblings.

This place was soooo cute! It was exactly what I needed when I was looking for a peaceful get away! I will definitely stay here again! I would highly recommend!

This place was exactly as described, and the location was precise. For the age of the camper it has been well maintained. The ONLY gripe I have is that that the ac unit didn’t reach the bedroom very well but the host provided plug in fans that helped with that.

The house seems to be in a good quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our business trip. We didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, but appears it has all the necessary cookware. We also didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but there's a large patio and a pool. Overall the house was clean and met our needs.

My 2nd stay here. Hosts were excellent, & friendly, even helped me out with my shy dog without me asking when my meeting ran late & I had to run an unexpected errand. Place is cozy and the pool area is so relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again.
