A definite 5 stars. Great house-- kitchen totally equipped and many thoughtful touches throughout the house. Great pool. Wifi was fabulous. Would love to return. Vivian was an outstanding host.

My Family and I felt very comfortable in the house. Joseph was always quick and helpful. Very nice place to be with family or friends quietly.

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

Very nice stay in a nice quiet neighborhood

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Christina’s place is very welcoming and clean and is exactly as pictured. Felt like home to me. Perfectly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. She was very responsive for any questions that I had during my stay. Her place is three blocks away from my son, his wife and my new granddaughter. The house itself was really beautiful, and Nhi was a great and responsive host. There are wild peacocks around the property that made the living experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful house with an unbelievable pool! Within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.

This place was perfect for our girls trip. The place was bigger than expected which was awesome as we had 8 people. Hot tub was great!! They have a full length mirror and multiple bathrooms for getting ready. There’s a mother in law suite in the back so if someone needs a private trip to the bathroom they can.

Excellent service from the hosts, they always solved our doubts and found a way to help us.

This was the perfect stay for myself and my two teenage boys with two large beds and two bathrooms. It was exactly as described. It became clear to me very early on that I overpacked bc the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could need. Lawrence was super responsive with any needs and check in was a breeze. I would definitely consider returning next year when I need to come back as it was less than 5 miles from Minzer Park where my appointments were.

This home was amazing! The location can't be beat. It is close to the airport, beach, grocery store, and the many restaurants! The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make a great home cooked meal - including a grill outside. I highly recommend this beachy retreat!
