Waterfront vacation rentals in Fort-de-France

The place is just amazing. More spacious than it appears in the photos and with AMAZING equipment. There is absolutely everything so that you feel "at home" (household products, electrical equipment and even salt and pepper!). The residence is really secure with parking, perfectly quiet and a fairly unique view (especially when you are on the pool roof). In addition, the rental is almost in the center of the island so ideally located to do a maximum of activities. On the other hand Johan and Candy are extremely attentive to the well-being of the occupants and are fully available to improve the comfort in the accommodation as well as during the stay. I've done a lot of rentals and this is by far my best experience. Recommended without hesitation!

A wonderful stay to this beautiful island. The condo was lovely with an incredible patio with views that were stunning. You can walk to a pastry shop for a coffee and your daily bead! Close to all the southern communities that you will want to explore. Thank you Noa for always answering our questions and a special shout out to Michel who greeted us upon our arrival and departure. He is a gem. Overall a ten out of ten for me! Merci!

Very nice apartment, true to the photos and even more. Beautiful terrace and beautiful sea view. Well decorated and clean apartment. Bed and bedding are great. Rarely seen such a well-equipped apartment. Ideal for visiting northern Martinique. The only downside is that the building and its surroundings are dilapidated. Note, however, that the corridors and pool area are always very clean. All in all, we loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Christine was very welcoming, responsive, available and very helpful… She asked several times if I was missing anything and offered me places to visit. The instructions for accessing the listing were clear and she was waiting for me at the agreed time. The listing itself was as advertised with a nice surprise in terms of ventilation and brightness. I liked the very spacious room and the well-equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend it

The place was very clean and well kept, with attention to detail. Everything was in place, which made the stay very pleasant. Located in a village house, it is behind a small building, accessible by a narrow easement. There is a little opposite, which is normal given the location in the heart of the village. Among the positive points, we can note the immediate proximity of a restaurant, which is very convenient. The beach is also close. Although the village itself does not offer many activities, we enjoyed the beaches of Anse Couleuvre and Ceron, the park of Habitation Ceron and its restaurant (delicious). Overall, it is a neat and functional accommodation, perfect for a short trip to discover the natural attractions of the northern Caribbean tip of the island.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

the location was perfect for our needs, restaurants were within walking distance, nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to access (by car for the most part) one beach was within walking distance 5-10 minutes max. We loved our stay in Martinique and everything starts with the place where we stayed, so I recommend this place.

Great stay at Christian's! The accommodation is very good, it's simple and efficient. Anse Mitan Beach is within walking distance. Clean accommodation, easy to access. I recommend it!

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of l'Anse à l'Âne. difficult to access on foot due to the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. The studio looks like the photos but is better because it comes with full access to the adjacent hotel (2 pools and private beach) and is walking distance to 3 great beaches, restaurants and ships. Stéphane was an absolutely wonderful host, even picking us up at the airport when public transport was not an option due to a boat strike/minimal bus options.

Danielle was a superhost. She was active, kind and always available. The apartment is well located, close to the beach, the Caravelle Peninsula hike and small restaurants. The view from the apartment is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at Alain-Michel's. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, and it's very close to loads of restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance, and right behind the apartment there's the harbor from where a lot of excursions depart. The only downside is that on the week-ends there might be some issues with parking the car as all the spots fill up pretty quickly. There's plenty of parking so you'll always find a spot, but you may have to walk a little longer to reach the apartment. All in all I would recommend Alain-Michel's apartment for anyone visiting Martinique.
