Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fort-de-France

Very nice apartment, finely decorated, well equipped (towels, kitchen with large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, washing machine… to look for the little bug, I would just say that it was missing an oven dish), impeccable and comfortable bedding, large terrace where we were able to receive our friends. Very quiet residence and always possible to park directly in front of the entrance. TV with package (not essential in Martinique but the children still enjoyed it😉). Well located in Fort de France: quiet and accessible neighborhood, close to shops (by car, 10 minutes max from a good bakery or a large food store… but everything is done by car in Martinique), close to Didier waterfall and Balata garden (must do)… Clémentine welcomed us despite our late arrival, and was always available by phone. Easy key handover at checkout. Very good contact. We would recommend it without hesitation, and will keep in touch for a future stay.

Willy is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. He was very present for me when I needed it to help me (phone blocked and without bearings), always good advice and very attentive. When I arrived, everything necessary was in the accommodation (shampoo, shower gel, water etc.). The accommodation is well located for exploring both the north and south side of the island. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to enjoy the outdoors. I would recommend it in a second, very good value for money. See you soon for a future trip to Martinique 🙂☀️

Everything went well

A place with good amenities and good bedding, which is much appreciated in a rental. The whole property is nice and the welcome is very friendly. The only small flaw is that the space is dark and the windows overlook under the house but this is the inconvenience of the villas stockings.

A wonderful stay to this beautiful island. The condo was lovely with an incredible patio with views that were stunning. You can walk to a pastry shop for a coffee and your daily bead! Close to all the southern communities that you will want to explore. Thank you Noa for always answering our questions and a special shout out to Michel who greeted us upon our arrival and departure. He is a gem. Overall a ten out of ten for me! Merci!

I was very well looked after, with great responsiveness from the hosts, which is really appreciated. The accommodation perfectly matched the photos: clean, well maintained, no complaints. If I had to book again, I would do it without hesitation. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a nice place, true to its description and with great value. A great experience!

This is an absolute gem of an apartment in an incredible location. The pictures do not do it justice it is immaculate and is so close to the beach where you can swim or eat at the fantastic NOMU restaurant/bar. The food there is exquisite and the cocktail selection well worth trying out. There are other bars along the waterfront with plenty of choice for every palate. The apartment was being managed by Brice during our stay and he could not have been more helpful. Everything has been thought of in the apartment and it really is value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and I may well stay again in the future very soon.

The welcome was very warm and friendly. We learned to drink rum like a local. Because the shops were already closed, we also got some food and breakfast for the next day. It was a pleasant surprise and we are grateful. The place was private, clean and very well equipped. In fact, we could have left a lot of things at home. It was a problem to find the entrance to the property the first time, but the hosts immediately helped us. Parking is available on the property. Location is good - almost in the middle of the island. For us, it was not a problem that you can only speak French with the hosts. Hummingbirds fly in the garden at times. We loved staying there and would love to come back. Thank you again.

I would recommend Jean-Louis's place. Very pleasant and peaceful setting. Functional accommodation. Basic food products in the fridge and cupboard. I think it's a nice touch, especially when you arrive late. A big thank you.

This location was great for getting to the hospital each day. 25 minute walk. You can use the bus but the buses are not always reliable

Le Petit Paradis was a good location for exploring the northern and western parts of Martinique. We were able to reach the Caravelle peninsula, Mt Pelee, and Anse Couleuvre in less than an hour drive each (impossible from the south). We appreciated the heated pool after each day's excursion. Nadine was helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ideal location in a quiet area, close to the ring road. beaches 10mn by car. spacious and comfortable accommodation good mattress and sofa. Very responsive host following a water evacuation issue. on the functional side, an electrical outlet in the bathroom would be necessary.
