Villa vacation rentals in Fort-de-France

From the moment we arrived, Serge and Ange-Marie, gave a much needed friendly welcome after a long journey. Their attentivness, kindness and hospitality is second to none. All of this without being intrusive on our privacy. I would say, without a doubt, they are the best air bnb hosts we have ever come across. The appartment was spacious, homely and clean. The hosts left milk, fruit, bread, butter and beverages just to welcome us. When it came to check out, they kindly gave us a lift to the town centre where we met our connecting ferry to continue our journey. When we next book our trip to Martinique, we will be looking to stay with Serge and Ange-Marie. We would highly recommend any holidaymaker to book this airbnb as it was a wonderful highlight of our trip.

We enjoyed the warm welcome of our hosts. They also provided us with the information you need for an optimal installation. The place is a spacious, comfortable, well appointed villa. It's in a quiet, but not isolated environment, we could quickly reach the mall for example. The green space is fenced in a secure area. Excellent accommodation, for hosting children. We were very well hosted by Madam, the house is clean, the garden is nice and very quiet. 5 minutes drive from the shopping center, convenient for shopping and other needs. We stayed for a full month while we found our place, I recommend it's perfect for long stays. Just a little clarification, the Wi-Fi is always capricious. This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

A beautiful villa and the environment was perfect. Quiet, ideal for a good vacation. The host was outstanding, good response and soliving things very quick.

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows for absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it allows for exceptional views of the sea, village and mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open concept on the garden overlooking the sea +++ - Very comfortable bedding and in addition a cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and sea view are even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a fairly bumpy dirt/stone road - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

We stayed in March 2025 in this unique villa with a more than exceptional view! Really only beautiful memories! We'll definitely go back. Everything was there! Fully equipped kitchen with a delicious touch by offering breakfast for the stay! Yoann and Tiffany were very helpful throughout the stay. Thank you for everything! The pool was an asset for us with a baby. Nothing but good things to say! Don't hesitate to book!

Great host! The house is very well divided with private sections for each guest. The kitchen is super well equipped, the view is magnificent, just minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this house!

We had a great time at Maly's. The location is great, we are neither too far north nor too far south so everything was great by car! There were 5 of us and the accommodation is very suitable. The view outside is superb and perfect even if you want to stay at home rather than go out, the pool is great and the barbecue too! The linen was very clean, everything was great! Thank you Maly!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation,( each room having its own bathroom) tastefully furnished. Top swimming pool. Beautiful view . peaceful and airy place while being close to Fort de France. You will see hummingbirds and be lulled at night by the thousand noises of Martinique nature. No car noise. Especially kind, responsive, welcoming, understanding and attentive hosts. We spent 2 months in Nolwenn's and Raphael's for 8 people. It was perfect, they are very responsive to any questions and travel if there is a problem. The view is beautiful! No complaints, we recommend this listing ++

Great family stay at the Wellness villa. We stayed there with 2 couples and 2 children under 2 The pool was protected by a barrier, great!! And we were able to have 2 umbrella beds for the kids. The villa is made for living outside: kitchen open to the terrace and the pool. We really recommend it!! Everything was perfect!

What a wonderful stay that ended in Martinique in Laurence's very comfortable home! A warm welcome from Jacky, with a small gift that was very much appreciated upon arrival. The location has many advantages: among others the calm, a breathtaking view from the sea to the mountains, and the fact of being really central on the island to make all the visits and discover every corner! The pool with a view and in the middle of the vegetation contributed a lot to our change of scenery. And the whole family enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace just above, again with a view. Air conditioning and mosquito nets in the rooms were also very much appreciated, we will be back!

This Villa was a nice surprise for my family and me, a haven of peace! The villa is beautifully appointed, with a perfectly equipped kitchen and pleasant rooms. A great place to relax. I would highly recommend it!

Nathalie and her husband welcomed us with sympathy, simplicity and conviviality, which is very appreciated and helped us spend a very good week on the island. A small kit of welcome products was waiting for us when we arrived so we could have a ti punch in the evening and breakfast the next morning! We've also got some great tips, especially about carnival. The house, open, well equipped, is particularly pleasant, with its pool allowing you to cool off. Although Nathalie lives just above, it does not interfere with each other's privacy. We would definitely recommend this rental, close to Fort-de-France, which allows you to visit the north and south of Martinique!
