Vacation rentals in Formignana

This was our second visit to the villa, and we were as impressed as the first time. We work in Bologna all week and look forward to escaping to this peaceful setting at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable, villa is spotless, kitchen is equipped with all we need. The location is especially nice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a larger van this year and didn't try to fit through the gate but found easy parking just in front or around the corner in a public lot. Safe, serene, pristine. We will be back again.

Federico and Silvia's home is beautiful. The large garden is perfect for a vacation with your pets.

Cristiana's apartment is a small jewel in the wonderful center of Ferrara: the location is perfect to reach any point of interest on foot or by bike (like real Ferrara) and to enjoy the well-deserved rest given the tranquility of the area where it is located. Cristiana was a wonderful host: we appreciated the constant availability shown and the culinary and not tips, as well as the accuracy in providing all the necessary instructions to make the most of the stay and take care of a beloved apartment. Speaking of the apartment, we really appreciated the taste in modern and vintage decor at the same time, which goes well with all those historical details that have been deliberately maintained. In short, we highly recommend Cristiana's apartment and can't wait to go back for another wonderful stay in Ferrara! Elisa and Francesca

This is the most beautiful Airbnb stay I’ve had so far. The view was incredible. The home felt like I was stepping into a Time Machine. We were given great recommendations, clear instructions, Nicolò was very responsive and very flexible with adding the additional room after initial check in. Overall enjoyed the location. Worth every euro spent.

Everything went perfect at our place. The house is very comfortable and cozy and the place is very quiet, perfect to relax. Valentina and Tiziana have been incredible hosts, giving us all the information we needed and even recommending places to visit and booking in local Restaurants. We highly recommend this place. We have traveled for work and will certainly return. Thank you Tiziana and Valentina.

Shahrzad is a one-of-a-kind host. My wife and I stayed recently as part of our 25th anniversary celebration. Shahrzad was so welcoming. She welcomed us with local food items, and even had custom momentos created locally to remember our time there. She offered help whenever we needed it, and was happy to go above an beyond. The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Very spacious and ideally situated on the hillside just outside of Bologna. We didn't rent a car and we had no trouble getting in and out of the city via bus, taxi, and Uber. From the city, we took several day trips by train to surrounding areas like Parma and Ravenna. We had a lovely time and will hopefully return again soon with more family members!

Absolutely gorgeous villa, everything you could want for a relaxing break. Super helpful host. Will definitely be back. highly recommend.!
