Het eco houten huisje staat in een rustige omgeving, maar toch dichtbij alles; het strand, de bossen, het duin, de wadden, de boschplaat en het centrum van Hoorn zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Als je hier slaapt is het er muisstil. Het huisje is fraai gedecoreerd met allerlei houten elementen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je zult hier echt tot rust komen en volop genieten van het eiland. Om de hoek zit een klein bakkertje voor heerlijke broodjes, de supermarkt is ca. 5 minuten met de fiets.

Artsy, intimate front house for rent. For a stay on the most beautiful island in the Netherlands. Dining kitchen, sitting room, bedstead, shower and toilet downstairs. Upstairs two bedrooms. Outside a terrace in the greenery with Linde tree and lots of sparrows. A place in the center of Midsland that can accommodate hikers and writers. Walking distance to amenities. Forest, dunes and sea nearby. Due to the character of the house, the house is unfortunately not suitable for young children.

Wonderful and cozy cottage, close to the beach

Our Strandlopertje has been for rent since April 2020. The cottage has a nice spot: on a well maintained park, right between Midsland and the North Sea in, and with a beautiful view over the meadows. Because it is at the edge of the park, there is a lot of privacy. Two free bicycles are included in the rental of the house, of course use of this is at your own risk. Bed linen is included, towels and kitchen linen are available for rent. Charging stations are present at the park.

We had a wonderful week in this cottage of Stan. Nice cottage with lots of light. Good beds and good location. Stan also went to great lengths when it turned out that we had accidentally left something behind.

It was a lovely place. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Everything good to do in terms of cycling and walking. Delicious geocaching and being able to empty my head a little. Very sweet hostess. Very involved. Definitely worth repeating and maybe when our hectic period is over, we will come and enjoy the peace and nature again.

Booked very last minute and immediately an answer that we could stay in the cottage a few hours later. Had super nice days on Terschelling. The 2 bicycles are frequently used these days and cycle well. The cottage itself is small but very nice and everything is present up to the spare batteries for the bicycle lights.

A vast sandy beach is bordered by gentle dunes, with patches of grass visible. The ocean stretches into the distance, meeting the horizon under a partly cloudy sky. The waves can be seen rolling onto the shore, creating a serene coastal atmosphere.

We are very happy with Anne’s beautiful apartment, what a luck to have found such an adorable place! We had more than enough space for one adult and a baby, there was enough space for a baby bed and Anne even provided a highchair and a Baby-Bathtub. Thank you so, so much! The family is absolutely friendly and gorgeous, they helped us find great spots on the island and were always there to help.
