Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Forio

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Cozy accommodation in an ideal location on the idyllic island of Procida. We loved sitting on the terrace, looking out to sea and watching the relaxed bustle of the Marina Corricella.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Very central location, clean and spacious apartment. Roberto's great hospitality also allowed us to stay beyond check-out time. We will gladly return

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s place! The sea-facing balcony is brilliant for watching the sunset. The entire place feels very spacious and it is nicely decorated.

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located for walking distance from the port. We did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us great recommendations. Thanks again! Alex was such an amazing host! He sent us a big list of recommendations of places to see/go and even restaurants in Ischia for us to visit. If we had any questions, he was so swift at responding and was always willing to help us out! So grateful and thankful to Alex who made our first visit to Ischia so comfortable and welcoming! Salvatore’s Airbnb might be one of my nicest stays in Italy over all my years using Airbnb. The villa was immaculate. Location was outstanding. Views were incredible. The real gem though was Salvatore. He is a phenomenal host. He was able to coordinate transfers to/ from his place to the Naples airport as well as coordinating a rental car (a must for accessing the villa and surrounding areas). The communication was fantastic. We did run into a little hiccup on one day when they were doing some unexpected road work near the villa, but that was not at all Salvatore’s fault and he even preemptively warned us about it. I absolutely would love to return to Villa Titina if my plans align and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay near Forio. Easy access to Forio and Poseidon Gardens. Great value for the price paid. You absolutely will not regret choosing Villa Titina for your Ischia Vacation.

Maike and Giovanni are fantastic hosts. They made us feel very welcome. They provided us with a cot and highchair a beach umbrella and toys for our 8 month old daughter. The apartment in their garden is very peaceful and still centrally located in Forio. It's walking distance to two beaches and nice and close to bars cafes restaurants supermarkets etc. So was perfect for us. Would love to stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our 4 days in Forio. The apartment itself was so private but as soon as you left the front door the life of Forio was all around, including some amazing pizzerias, super markets, and the water front. The balcony was perfect for cards and drinks in the sun. The kitchen had everything it needed for cooking (both basic ingredients and pans). The whole apartment was clean and tidy. I would recommend it in a heart beat.

The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, very well-equipped with an extraordinary view. Very quiet while being close to everything, perfect for relaxing and visiting Ischia. We felt right at home and had a great vacation. A big thank you to the host for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back.

To begin, I have to start this review not on the house, but the hostess. Francesca is truly the best host I have ever had traveling through Italy for the last 10 years. She is kind, caring, informative, generous, talkative, and thinks of every detail. Fresh fruit on the kitchen table, coffee and a moka, eggs from her chickens, she even shared freshly made tiramisù and birthday cake with us! I feel that not only have I found the most awesome house on Ischia, but I made a new friend. Francesca is a SUPER~SUPER hostess. Now the house … the house is simply amazing! Starting with the terrace and the amazing sunsets we witnessed, the house is large and spacious and super clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are large and super spacious. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes, jackets, etc. The bathroom was perfect size, with shower/tub. Great towels and bed linens. Furniture is comfortable and modern. AC installed. Bella casa!

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Michele is graciously helpful host. Always so friendly and kindly made us very comfortable. House was exceeded expectations. Beautiful setting from terrace and balcony of sea views as well as wonderful gardens. House is well equipped and absolutely spotless clean !

Giuseppina's place is a gem. It is a nice house located in a very nice setting, high up from Forio but close to restaurants, shops, bus stop or car/scooter rental shops. So very quiet while being able to radiate on the island. We were greeted by the orange blossom scents. The house itself is beautiful, with the small garden to set on the terrace, very clean and with all the amenities for our stay. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we were able to communicate with Giuseppina who was very kind, always responsive and accommodating. We had a great time - albeit too short - stay, and will be happy to come back!

We stayed in Alessandro's house for only a few days but we had a great time! The hosts were kind and helpful, gave us a lot of advice and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well cared for in detail, clean and nothing was really missing. In addition, the area is very quiet, there are a few shops, several restaurants and a few beaches. We loved it. If we return to Ischia, we will definitely stay here again. ☺️💗

What a beautiful, peaceful place. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the sea and shops but feels much further away. The view is divine and the large garden a great place to enjoy it from. We felt very comfortable there and were sorry when it was time to leave.

Apartment was everything we needed for our vacation in Forio. Location is super - close to the centre but still not too close of the main the main street. Walking distance to the port, beach and restaurants. Patio was nice plus, loved to spend time there. Would definetely stay again!
