Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. My accommodation is less than 1 km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava dell'Isola, Citara where the Poseidon thermal park is also located, and Chiaia. 100 meters away, there is a kiosk with a path down to the sea for breakfast, lunch, and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, with shops, supermarkets, a fish market, bars, pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
