We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

Great stay in this house in a great location! The location is great, close to shops, while remaining quiet. The garden is very nice, spacious and nicely appointed, with the possibility to park several cars inside. The grounds are enclosed by walls, perfect for leaving animals safe. The house is large, comfortable and very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Catherine's accommodation is very well located, very pleasant, spacious, well-equipped, quiet. Excellent indoor and outdoor areas. The port of La Cotinière is within easy walking distance.

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Our annual weekend with longtime friends was crowned by this warm and pleasant home. It was perfect to accommodate our 5 families. Thanks to Fanny for hosting us, her energy and responsiveness. we will keep this place in our directories 🫶

Great house. Highly recommended. The privacy is top. Unseen courtyard with a very well-maintained pool. The host is very eager and also responds to individual questions or requests. We used the towel service to not have to take it with us. Great.

We spent an amazing week at Anne’s house in Fouras. Even with the temperatures a little on the low side for September, there were plenty of things to do and the house was amazing to come home to and cook or grill some fresh fish or mussels from the markets and stores in the area. Would definitely come again.

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We'll be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much. We had a great time at this place, which turned out to be perfect for our Sunday triathlon! The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area, which allowed us to rest well before the event. The house is spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We won't hesitate to come back for another stay!
