On one side, 2 master bedrooms, on the other side, another 2 double bedrooms, with large lounge/dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or Shower rooms. A small apartment (1 bedroom, small kitchen, shower room) complete the property. The Living area gives onto a garden and large heated pool (during warm summer months), opens onto a patio.

Our Charentais house offers large open and spacious living rooms. Large garden separated into two parts, one part reserved as a play area for children and offering a terrace facing the kitchen. The second has a pool area, a summer kitchen, a plancha and a covered dining area. The pool area is separated from the other side of the garden by a gate that offers additional safety for children. 8 m x 4 m swimming pool secured by rigid tarpaulin.
