Close to Puy du fou, La Rochelle/beaches, carting/zipwire & Mervent forest (great for cycling & walking). Saturday markets at Fontenay & Niort. A short drive to the green Venice (Maillezais twinned with Glastonbury)where you can take a boat ride, stroll through the ancient abbeyand have lunch by the water.

Located in Bourneau (south Vendée) near the forest of Mervent / Vouvant, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The wooden cabin sleeps up to 4 people; there are 2 double beds one of which is a bunk bed. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. Two other cabins also available.

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
