The accommodation is very well located for enjoying walks in the forest and along the Seine, close to Fontainebleau and the train station. Beautiful view: forest on one side and the Seine on the other. Hélène has tastefully decorated the apartment which is very well-equipped. The house is beautiful and we had a very pleasant time with the family. Ideal for 4 people, we enjoyed the calm of the place. A true haven of peace. The forest is accessible on foot and we discovered many hikes there. A big thank you to Hélène for hosting us, her responsiveness and adaptability. A place to book without a second thought.

Louise and Fred are very friendly and flexible hosts. The accommodation was excellent—beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a large 4K TV, and good Wi-Fi. It was also quiet. Although it's located near a railway, we never found the passing trains to be disturbing. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and is located in the city center. Restaurants, stores and many shops are available at the foot of the apartment. The only small problem is the stairs to get into the apartment because they are cramped with a 2-month-old baby and a stroller. The hosts are very nice and responsive! We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return when we next visit the area. A big thank you for this lovely stay!

We spent several days in Laurence's very nice, cozy and quiet apartment. Check-in was easy and hassle-free thanks to the exact description. We arrived in the evening and it was typically still quite cool for March. That's why we were particularly grateful that our hostess had already preheated the apartment. The decor and kitchen are very tasteful and nothing was lacking. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well on it. The view of the Seine through the floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony is fantastic and the surroundings offer many possibilities for beautiful excursions. We really want to come back again, then for longer. We highly recommend this place to other guests.

A well-located, welcoming home with nearby parking options. Close to the forest and a 10-minute walk to the market and castle. Nothing was missing and our family, despite very rainy weather, had a lovely weekend.

We had a lovely week at Jean-René's house. Very warm welcome, great information, beautiful and clean house. Ideally located for bouldering. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The outdoor area with the garden was ideal for relaxing, and the kids had fun in the games room. The barbecue was a real plus for our family evenings. The house is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a family vacation. The host was very welcoming and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to fully enjoy our stay. We found Christine et Gildas very hospitable. The hosts were very accomodating when we changed our arrival plans to earlier. Gildas came to meet us and hand us the keys and gave us some helpful suggestions. The place itself is very beautiful and private and secure. We had parking for our largish van all within a secured remote gate. The garden is secluded and has a BBQ and outdoor furniture to suit. It is rustic but had all the modern comforts we would need. Our children were very happy with their sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the privacy and security the place provided. Everything was comfortable and the process of checking in and checking out was very smooth. 5 Stars.

Great house within walking distance to several of the ripples in Trois Pignons. easy to find and the host followed us up in a very good way. We would love to come back.

We spent 2 nights in this very nice and very well located little accommodation for visiting Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing... The exchanges with Samantha were via messages and went very well. We were self-sufficient in our arrival and departure, which suited us perfectly. We recommend this property.

3rd Bouldering trip to Font this year, this was the best airbnb so far. It had everything one could need, the beds were comfortable and no noise from outside. Couldn't be happier. Thank you

After a very nice welcome we had a lovely stay with the family in the accommodation. In addition to the quality of the accommodation, I appreciated the proximity to shops and the parking space.

We were in Sandy's apartment for an extended weekend to boulder. The apartment is perfectly located for it and really very cozy. You have everything you could need and the communication with Sandy was very pleasant!
