Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

This is a beautiful place, it’s very well designed and uses the compact space very well. In a gated courtyard it is very calming and quiet. The owners gave very good clear instructions and were attentive in all comms.

A 3-minute walk from Rosa Bonheur Castle, this small house is ideal for those who want to shine around the castle of Fontainebleau, from the forest to the banks of the Seine to Barbizon. It should be noted that Barbara ( very welcoming ) provides us with documentation worthy of the Tourism Authority.

We had a great time with the family. Our on-site exchanges with our host were excellent. We'll possibly be back.

We spent 2 nights in this very nice and very well located little accommodation for visiting Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing... The exchanges with Samantha were via messages and went very well. We were self-sufficient in our arrival and departure, which suited us perfectly. We recommend this property.

Céline's accommodation is well located, in a quiet area and not far from the train station. It is well equipped for a pleasant stay. I would this property.

Excellent step in Mathilde's home Very pleasant and very comfortable bedding in both the double bed room and the 2nd bedroom. Great for children including children I recommend it!

If you want a relaxing holiday with friends and family then book this place right now. The location is private and idyllic. The facilities (heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi) meant that we stayed at the house for the whole trip and the kids were always entertained. A perfect trip full of memories!

Sebastien was the most wonderful host. He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here - it’s even nicer than the photos. The swimming pool was just the right temperature, the BBQ was great and there was everything you need for a nice relaxing break

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

Lovely house, really good amenities. Shame it wasn’t warm enough for the pool to be open as then it would have been perfect! Thoroughly stocked kitchen, very clean and well presented. Lovely area, very close to both the forest and the village centre which had some lovely little shops. My six year old particularly loved the watching the robot lawn mower!! Great to have so many activities to do in the house and we loved playing table tennis and basketball. Definitely will be visiting Barbizon again!

Dan's place is great for a weekend with friends (for me it was to celebrate my 30th birthday). Everything is there: an exterior, enough beds, tables and chairs for a group of friends. In case of nice weather, the barbecue and pool can be a great plus! Dan is very friendly and accommodating and communication is very smooth. I would this place without hesitation!

A safe haven! My friends and I loved spending time at Audrey's! It was beautiful, the scenery, the animals the tranquility was at the rendezvous. Audrey is a very responsive and welcoming host! I would highly recommend!

The cottage is very nice for a family like ours with two children. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is cozy. The wood-burning stove brings a friendly atmosphere, plus a pleasant warmth in November. The garden is huge, almost a park, a little wild… an ideal playground for children. I'll be happy to come back in the spring, for walks in the nearby Fontainebleau forest.

Very nice studio where nothing was missing. Very quiet and pleasant district. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Shops nearby. Excellent restaurants. We recommend it 100%.

The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It was a unique experience to stay in this farmhouse, with chickens and cats walking around, and an amazing garden where Jason and Martine are growing their own food. We have never had hosts that were so happy to show us around and share their knowledge about places to visit around the area. Thanks to you we had a very memorable trip! Take note that there are no cleaning fees. This makes the place quite dusty, so maybe less suitable for people with allergies.

We had great time staying at the location, enjoyed the lovely private garden and quiet surroundings. Our cat appreciated well secured garden too. We found everything we needed without problems. Charles was responsive and nice.

Patrick was very welcoming, helpful and kind, he made us feel at home. We really enjoyed staying here with our family, we would love to return.

Great for climbers. Everything you need in the air b&b, located close to shops, restaurants and fuel stations. Only a short drive to most of the bouldering spots

Been there for the second time and it was just great again. Great location, amazing little house and very nice hosts.

We had a wonderful time at Rémi and Catherine's little flat. If you come for bouldering a lot of great spots are just a few minutes' drive away and you have a small boulangerie accessible on foot where you can stock up on delicious baguette to take to the rocks with you! On a rainy day the flat is very cozy and you can go on small hikes to explore the beautiful village and the adjacent forest.

Beautiful accommodation, with its garden and entrance serving as private parking. The staircase is a little steep but doable. Mr. Serge is very kind and attentive to the comfort of his guests. The place and location of it are very very quiet, not a noise. Great stay for me. I recommend it.
