Bathroom with shower and sink. Restroom . Close to the Francette bike circuit (800 m), shops, Bois de l'Huisserie and the agricultural high school of Laval 15 minutes from downtown Laval by bike. Courtyard to park your car. Ability to store bikes at the bottom of the apartment.
