Monthly Rentals in Fonte Umano-San Martino Alta

I was with my wife and 14-month-old daughter. The apartment is very nice, very spacious and larger than it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. Emanuela was very friendly, she recommended restaurants to us, welcomed us at check-in by showing us the house and made us find everything we needed. If we go back to Abruzzo, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Excellent apartment, tidy, clean, with everything you need. Punctual, friendly, helpful hosting. Great parking for those traveling by car. I highly recommend this place.

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!
